Unlike those companies that you see on television, we don’t advertise. Lower expenses mean lower rates and fees for our clients. Our business is developed largely through referral, and our success is demonstrated by the thousands of satisfied clients we have served over the past 35 years.

Scott B. Roberts
Mortgage Lender 30 years experience
In 1985 Scott B. Roberts founded and established First Southeast Mortgage Corporation, a full service mortgage lender. Scott has remained and is currently President of First Southeast Mortgage. In 1991 Mr. Roberts earned his M.B.A. from Nova University with a concentration in Real Estate and Mortgage.
Scott also holds the State of Florida Real Estate Broker’s license as President of Scott B. Roberts, Inc./First Colonial Realty and is a notary in Florida.

Andy Rogow
Mortgage Lender 15 years experience
Andy Rogow first earned his mortgage originator license in 2004 and has been with First Southeast Mortgage for his entire career. He has a BFA from New York University and an MFA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Originally from Chicago, he has made South Florida his home since 1998. In addition to working full time as a mortgage originator, Andy serves as the Artistic Director of Island City Stage, a professional, regional theater located in Wilton Manors.
